2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
Access to and use of helpsot is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:
- You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use a helpsot account. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing helpsot from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons under legal disability or those who have been declared legally incompetent may not use helpsot.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of helpsot or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
- You must not have been previously self-excluded from helpsot or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform during an active self-exclusion period.
Age Verification: helpsot conducts mandatory KYC age verification for all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by law. Providing false age information is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
4. Deposits & Payment Methods
helpsot accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods:
- GCash — instant e-wallet deposits
- PayMaya / Maya — instant e-wallet deposits
- Bank Transfer — via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
- Philippine Debit Cards — issued by major Philippine banks
The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on helpsot and will not be accepted under any circumstances:
- Cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset
- Credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine financial regulations
- Third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name
All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as specified on the helpsot platform. helpsot does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your helpsot account upon confirmation from the payment provider. helpsot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
By depositing funds into your helpsot account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. helpsot is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines as mandated by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your helpsot account are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. helpsot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission and approval of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of address.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the helpsot platform, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
- helpsot reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of AML checks, identity verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are detailed in the relevant bonus terms.
- helpsot reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits as specified on the platform. Higher withdrawal limits may be available to verified VIP account holders.
- In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrect account balance, helpsot reserves the right to correct the balance and void any transactions affected by the error.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
helpsot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered helpsot Users only. helpsot reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual bonus terms.
- helpsot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a User's account at the time of withdrawal will remain subject to the original terms under which it was issued.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- helpsot reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a User has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.
- Promotional offers on helpsot are intended for recreational players. helpsot reserves the right to exclude any User from a specific promotion if it determines that the User's play pattern is inconsistent with recreational gaming.
7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All games available on helpsot are governed by the following rules and standards:
- All random number generator (RNG) based games on helpsot are certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by helpsot or any User.
- Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The results of live dealer games are final once the round is closed and confirmed by the dealer.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, helpsot's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. The round will be resolved according to the recorded game state. helpsot is not responsible for losses resulting from User-side connectivity issues.
- Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface. Users are encouraged to review these before playing.
- helpsot reserves the right to void any game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption has affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the User's account.
- Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any helpsot game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on helpsot and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
- Creating or operating multiple helpsot accounts (multi-accounting)
- Using helpsot while under the age of 21
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with helpsot games or systems
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
- Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing helpsot staff or other Users
- Attempting to access helpsot systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorization
- Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting your helpsot account or any associated funds or bonuses
- Accessing helpsot from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool
Note: helpsot actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Investigations may be conducted without prior notice to the User. helpsot cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and Philippine law enforcement agencies in all matters relating to suspected illegal activity on the platform.
9. Responsible Gaming
helpsot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:
- helpsot provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods as tools to help Users manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your helpsot account settings.
- Users may request a temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off period) or a permanent self-exclusion from helpsot at any time by contacting helpsot support. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
- helpsot will not knowingly allow a self-excluded User to access their account during an active exclusion period. If you believe your account has been accessed in error during a self-exclusion period, contact helpsot support immediately.
- helpsot complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and supports the National Council for Mental Health (NCMH) crisis helpline (1553) for Users who require assistance with problem gambling.
- helpsot reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies signs of problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to unusually high deposit frequency, extended session durations, or patterns consistent with chasing losses.

helpsot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using helpsot, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- helpsot collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records, for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, and service improvement.
- helpsot implements industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
- helpsot will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by Philippine law.
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by helpsot, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Requests may be submitted to helpsot's support team.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the helpsot platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of helpsot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use helpsot solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any helpsot content without prior written authorization from helpsot.
- The helpsot name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of helpsot. Unauthorized use of helpsot trademarks is strictly prohibited.
- Game content provided by third-party game providers on helpsot remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpsot's liability to you is limited as follows:
- helpsot provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. helpsot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game.
- helpsot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the helpsot platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
- helpsot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your helpsot account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- helpsot shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
- Nothing in these Terms shall limit helpsot's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
13. Account Termination & Suspension
helpsot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
- Direction from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority
Upon termination of your account, helpsot will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and AML checks. helpsot is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms involving fraud or illegal activity.
You may close your helpsot account at any time by contacting helpsot support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
- Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of helpsot shall first be submitted to helpsot's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting helpsot support with full details of your complaint.
- helpsot will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and endeavor to resolve it within thirty (30) business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, and helpsot will keep you informed of progress.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through helpsot's internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
- For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
- These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
15. Amendments to These Terms
helpsot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all amendments:
- Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the helpsot platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
- The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. The most current version of these Terms is always available at helpsot.app/terms-conditions.
- Your continued use of helpsot after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using helpsot and may request account closure.
- helpsot may make minor, non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) without prior notice.
